Retinoid Cream

Retinoid cream is used as an anti-keratolytic agent as it stimulates cell division and helps remove the keratinized layer. Through this mechanism, it is used topically to treat acne vulgaris accompanied by comedones, papules, or pustules. Retinoid also helps smooth the keratinized layer of the skin, especially in the superficial skin cell layers. Furthermore, retinoid has beneficial effects in treating psoriasis, keloids, melasma, lichen planus, and certain cases of eczema.
